SHK 3D Printing Shipping Policy

At SHK 3D Printing, we strive to provide reliable and timely shipping for all orders. This Shipping Policy outlines our processing times, shipping options, responsibilities, and guidelines to ensure your order reaches you safely.
 

 

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $70 within the continental United States. Please note that this offer does not include Hawaii or Alaska, which will incur standard shipping charges. This offer does not include any type of insurance on your products. 
 

 

International & Overseas Shipping

SHK 3D Printing ships internationally. Shipping costs for overseas orders vary depending on package weight, destination, and carrier rates. Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees associated with international shipments. We will provide an estimate of shipping costs at checkout or in your custom quote.
 

 

Processing Times

In-Stock Items: Orders containing items currently in stock typically ship within 1–3 business days.

Custom or Made-to-Order Items: Orders that include custom prints or items not in stock have variable processing times based on item complexity and production schedules. Estimated shipping times will be communicated when you place your order.
 

 

Estimated Delivery Times

While we aim to provide accurate shipping estimates, delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to: carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, customs processing, or high-volume periods. SHK 3D Printing is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
 

 

Shipping Carriers and Tracking

We use trusted carriers such as USPS, FedEx, and UPS for domestic and international shipments. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email (if applicable) so you can monitor your package’s progress.
 

 

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. SHK 3D Printing is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages caused by incorrect addresses. Address corrections after order placement may delay shipment and incur additional costs.
 

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, contact SHK 3D Printing immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. For items damaged in transit, our Refund & Replacement Policy will apply.
