At SHK 3D Printing, every item we produce is custom-made with care. Because of the personalized nature of our products, refunds and replacements are handled under specific conditions outlined below. Our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fairness and quality standards.
Custom-Made Items
All items produced by SHK 3D Printing are made-to-order. Therefore, most purchases are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for ensuring their submitted measurements, specifications, and all information is accurate before placing an order.
Damaged or Broken Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or broken due to manufacturing defects, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Important: We must receive the damaged or broken item before a replacement can be issued. This allows us to confirm the issue and improve our production and shipping processes. Instructions for returning the damaged item will be provided upon contact.
Shipping Costs for Returns or Replacements
Shipping costs for returns or replacements may vary depending on the reason for the request:

If the item was damaged or defective due to shipping issues, SHK 3D Printing will not cover the cost of shipping the replacement.

If the return or refund is requested for reasons unrelated to damage (e.g., customer error, size discrepancies, circumstances beyond our reasonable control), the customer may be responsible for shipping costs.
Shipping responsibility and costs will be communicated clearly during the return process.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements cannot be provided for:

Normal characteristics of 3D printing, such as layer lines, surface texture variations, or minor imperfections

Timeframes for Processing Refunds or Replacements
Once a return is received, SHK 3D Printing will process replacements or refunds within 7–14 business days. Processing times may vary depending on item complexity, production schedules, or shipping logistics.
Lost Return Shipments
Customers are responsible for return shipments that are lost or damaged during transit, unless SHK 3D Printing provides prepaid shipping labels. We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
To request a refund or replacement, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include the following information to help us process your request efficiently:
