Welcome to SHK 3D Printing. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, the purchase of our products, and all interactions with our services. By accessing our site, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

 

Use of Services

By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian. You agree to use our services lawfully and in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations. SHK 3D Printing reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or entity for any legal reason.

 

Orders and Payment

All orders must be paid in full before production begins. SHK 3D Printing accepts the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and most major debit and credit cards. Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party providers; SHK 3D Printing does not store complete card details.

Prices are determined by factors including model complexity, materials, size, and production time. We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to production; if canceled, a full refund will be issued.

Taxes, customs duties, and additional fees for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.

 

Intellectual Property and Digital Content

SHK 3D Printing reserves the right to refuse any order that appears to violate intellectual property laws, is illegal, harmful, or inappropriate.

 

Print Quality and Limitations

3D printing is a manufacturing process that may include minor imperfections such as layer lines, texture variations, or small defects. While we strive to achieve the highest quality prints, the final product may differ slightly from digital previews.

 

Shipping and Turnaround Times

Shipping and delivery times are estimates and may vary based on workload, material availability, or item complexity. In-stock items generally ship within 1–3 business days. Custom or out-of-stock items have variable production and shipping times, which will be communicated at order placement.

For domestic shipping over $70 in the continental U.S., standard shipping is free (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). International shipping costs vary by location, package weight, and carrier. SHK 3D Printing is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other events outside our control.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate; SHK 3D Printing is not liable for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses.

 

Refunds and Returns

Because our products are custom-made, most orders are non-refundable. Refunds or replacements are provided only in specific situations, such as manufacturing defects. If an item is damaged or broken, contact us immediately; we require the damaged item to be returned before sending a replacement.

User Accounts

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. SHK 3D Printing is not responsible for unauthorized access due to password compromise or user negligence.

You may not use SHK 3D Printing services to create weapons, weapon components, illegal items, dangerous or harmful products, or designs that infringe intellectual property rights. SHK 3D Printing reserves the right to refuse any project it deems unsafe, unlawful, or inappropriate.

 

Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

SHK 3D Printing is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use or misuse of printed products, defects caused by indirect or consequential damages, or shipping delays.

Customers agree to indemnify and hold SHK 3D Printing harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from misuse of our products, violation of intellectual property laws, or breach of these Terms.

 

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, U.S. Any dispute arising from these Terms or services must first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration or small claims court within the applicable jurisdiction.

 

Force Majeure

SHK 3D Printing is not liable for failure or delay in fulfilling orders caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, labor disputes, or technical failures.

 

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
